Elements Bioactiv skin care products are available for delivery only as we do not have a shopfront. We offer easy online shopping and secure payment facility. Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of a payment. We do not ship on weekends, public holidays and during annual Christmas closure. We accept the following payment methods for your order:
Secure online shopping allows you to pay with Visa and MasterCard. Elements Australia does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing from this website. Your credit card details are processed by Commonwealth Bank via Commweb online transaction.

Orders paid by money order will be dispatched after receiving your payment. Orders paid by cheques will be dispatched after payment clearance in our bank account. We reserve the right to pass on to the customers the fees charged for returned or dishonoured payments.
We offer a flat rate of $13.50 for all orders under $550 including GST. We offer FREE POSTAGE for all orders over $550 excluding GST. We deliver Australia wide and use the services of Australia Post and /or Fastway couriers. We do not ship on weekends, public holidays and during annual Christmas closure.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include 10% GST. We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us within 24 hours upon receiving your order if you have any concerns. We will only exchange faulty or damaged goods.
